Just like Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland hasn’t been operating with its fireworks, parades, and regular entertainment as a capacity and distancing measure.
However, after Shanghai Disneyland started testing its fireworks, now Tokyo Disneyland has stated that two nighttime offerings have returned to the parks, starting today, September 1st.
In Tokyo Disneyland, the Nightfall Glow mini-parade will be showing at 6:45PM nightly. While it was previously a rainy evening show, it will make a more permanent name for itself during the phased re-opening. Disney Light the Night, though, will be lighting up the skies as the nighttime fireworks show in Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea at 8PM each night too.
Japan’s cases have considerably gone down, which is most likely the reason that the parks have decided to bring nighttime entertainment in the safe ways. While we aren’t sure when nighttime entertainment will return to the other parks around the world, we’ll keep you updated on how changes coming to Disney Parks!
