  1. I made the Ohana pineapple bread a couple days ago. I have to admit it turned out pretty good considering I had no clue what I was doing. Since there are just two of us, so I was able to freeze what was left.

  2. I made the hoop de doo cornbread. It is my new favorite! It’s perfectly sweet, corny and comforting. I will close my eyes and imagine our whole family is sitting around the wooden table at Pioneer Hall, enjoying crispy fried chicken and cornbread. And unlimited Sangria. And a hilarious live show. At least we have our memories! Try making this cornbread! It’s perfect. Thanks Allears for keeping us connected to our beloved Disney Universe.

  3. As I sit here , hungry, restrictions galore surround me. Since I overly stocked up on eggs, sugar and flour, I decided to make the Hoop de Doo cornbread. I will post the results later today. For all you people out there who horded toilet paper, you can’t make cornbread out of that. Now who’s smarter?
