In the most recent of Disney event cancellations, runDisney has opted to cancel the upcoming 2020 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend.
This move was made in an effort to protect guests and Cast Members, and to free up the use of medical professionals and first responders during the race event.
According to runDisney, those who had purchased their registrations will receive an automatic refund to their original form of payment for the race registration, commemorative merchandise, ChEAR Squad, and processing fee.
Guests who have already received a partial refund will receive the remainder as a Disney gift card and refunds will be processed within six weeks. If you haven’t received a refund in six weeks, contact runDisney.
