The Lion King will roar into theaters in just nine days — and now we’ve learned that a brand new album will be released the same day!

Disney has just announced that an all new-album titled “The Lion King: The Gift” will be released on July 19. The album will feature a number of global recording artists, and is “steeped in the sounds of Africa.” Superstar Beyonce Knowles-Carter, who voices Nala in the upcoming film, is curating and producing the album.

Additionally, Beyonce released a brand new song last night called “Spirit” — which will be featured on both the film soundtrack and “The Lion King: The Gift.”
The official soundtrack for The Lion King is available for purchase tomorrow, July 11 — and you can pre-order it here.
