
All U.S. flags on Disney property will be flown at half-staff until sunset, June 16, 2016, in honor of the 49 victims of the June 12 attack in Orlando. Bob Iger, Chairman and CEO of The Walt Disney Co., said in a statement, "We are all heartbroken by the tragic and horrific events in Orlando, and offer our thoughts, prayers and support to everyone in our community affected by this senseless act." The company is providing counseling support for Cast Members at Walt Disney World. There are also blood drives being conducted for area hospitals.
