Jollywood Nights

In 2023, Disney released news of a brand new yuletide party of the season! Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios hosts nearly a dozen nights of yuletide cheer in November and December. And we’re excited to it has returned for 2024!

From 8:30PM to 12:30AM during select nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios park, this annual ticket event will bring Christmas joy to guests of all ages with festive decorations, towering Christmas trees, and wintry wonderful entertainment.

Tip: Though the event starts at 8:30PM, guests with hard tickets for the event are invited to enter Hollywood Studios starting at 7PM.

2024 Dates

Tickets will go on sale for Disney World hotel guests, as well as guests at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green on July 2nd. Tickets will go on sale to the rest of the public on July 10th. Tickets will range in price from $159 to $179 per person, depending on the date. Tickets can be purchased from the Disney World website on those dates.

To purchase tickets to Jollywood Nights, visit the Disney website. A $10 discount is available on select nights for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members.

Jollywood Nights Overview:

The limited-capacity event will include a DJ spinning holiday tunes, while Kermit and Miss Piggy host a LIVE holiday special at Theater of the Stars. There will be a festive sing-along at Hyperion Theater and Commissary Lane will have a “lively Latin Street Fair.” The Hollywood Brown Derby will have a jazz lounge and there will be an “other-worldly soiree” at the Tower Hotel Courtyard.

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!

Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! celebrates the season with state-of-the-art projections, special effects, fireworks, and more. The facade of the Chinese Theater comes alive with the merriment, music, and sparkle of the holiday season. On, above, and around the theater are state-of-the-art projections, special effects, fireworks, and even snow. Adding to the immersive experience is a new musical score featuring familiar holiday tunes with an original twist. It’s a holiday show that couldn’t be more merry and bright.

Glisten!

One of the most heralded new additions to Jollywood Nights in 2024 is Glisten! Described by Disney as “a stunning show on Hollywood Boulevard where international champion skaters perform breathtaking routines set to a vibrant holiday soundtrack – – including original songs and Disney favorites like “Be Our Guest” and “When You Wish Upon A Star” this presentation will be staged at 8:15 PM, 9:15 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:15 PM and 12:15 AM each party night.

Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along

The Hyperion Theater will be decked out (dressing up the walls and scenery) to make it fit the theme, and there will be two performers to take you on this wild ride. The songs “Kidnap the Sandy Claws” and “What’s This?” will be sung, and it’ll even SNOW! Disney has also shared that both Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie will appear during the show!

Kermit and Miss Piggy Sing-Along

Kermit and Miss Piggy are doing what they do best, putting on a show! Inspired by the glory days of Radio City Music Hall, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy will host a live holiday special at Theater of the Stars with some of their Disney friends. There will be singing, dancing, and specialty numbers by Mickey and Minnie, Tiana (who will bring some New Orleans jazz to the stage), and Belle (who will round out the evening with “As Long as There’s Christmas”). There will be a live band on the stage, singers, and dancers too.

Special Character Meetings

Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Goofy have just wrapped up filming their holiday movie, and they will be available for meet-and-greets with never-before-seen backdrops (that lean into current pop culture) and NEW costumes in Animation Courtyard.
Each meet-and-greet at Echo Lake (including Powerline Max, Chip ‘n’ Dale, and Phineas and Ferb) will have its own Christmas Tree.
Over at Pixar Place, it’ll have a 1950s theme in terms of food, beverage, and decor. There will also be a Frozone Snow Zone where Frozone will be…well…making it snow!

Quincy at the Jollywood Nights media event

There will be a HUGE marquee on Hollywood Boulevard for you to grab a special photo with. They are calling this area “Welcome to Tinseltown” and there will be specialty food and beverages available, as well as a DJ spinning holiday, classic, and pop music.
There will be 3 Latin bands performing as part of the Latin Street Fair (Fiesta en la Calle — festival in the street) on Commissary Lane. There will be festoon lights along this area, food and beverage to match, and performers.
The jazz lounge at The Hollywood Brown Derby will be a sing-along piano bar. There will be songs performed from the 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s. It’s meant to be a swinging, speakeasy-type of party.
There will be a ghostly band at the soiree at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard, which is meant to recreate the Tip Top Club from the Tower of Terror. There will also be custom food.

Holiday Treats

Some exclusive snacks will be available at the party, too. You’ll be able to grab Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake and a Christmas Tree Cookie Stack, as well as classic cocktails and holiday beverages.
