REOPENING DATE ANNOUNCED for Disney's Classic Enchanted Tiki Room Attraction

If you have been patiently waiting to head back to the “tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki room” in Disneyland Park, we have some excellent news for you! Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room in Adventureland has been closed since April, but we now know when we can visit the birds once again.

Enchanted Tiki Room

Based on the hours listed on the Disneyland website, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room will reopen on July 3rd! The attraction was getting touch-ups on its lighting, sounds, and show systems.

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room is a classic attraction that features four talking macaws: José, Michael, Pierre, and Fritz, along with a cast of over 225 audio-animatronics. The birds have been getting a bit of rest recently, but in less than a month, they will be singing and dancing once again.

The show will reopen on July 3rd, and we highly recommend grabbing a DOLE Whip from the Tiki Juice Bar next door to really get you in the tropical spirit before heading into the show. The reopening of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room isn’t the only exciting thing happening in July, though!

Pineapple Dole Whip

Walt Disney — A Magical Life is expected to debut on July 17th, 2025. This new show will have a solo run of its own and then will join a rotating schedule with Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. The new show will feature the first-ever audio -animatronic of Walt Disney and it will debut inside the Main Street Opera House. While the show was initially set to open on May 16th, 2025, Disney pushed the opening date back to July 17th.
