Food was excellent...wonderful variety. Carving station, butternut squash ravioli, Mongolian beef, shrimp, etc. delicious. We were disappointed in th character experience though. Charming was great but Cinderella and one of the stepsisters barely lingered at our table. Of all of the characters, Anastasia was the only one to acknowledge our 15 month old, who was in awe of them. It was fun to meet these characters, I just wish it hadn't been so rushed.

My family's favorite QS restaurant at MK. Food is consistent with excellent flavor. My daughter says they have the best chicken nuggets as well (and they're real chicken!). Always crowded, but cast members do a great job managing it.

We have taken part in many character meals throughout WDW and this was the best experience by far. Food was excellent...I dream of the stuffed French toast and hash brown casserole! But the characters made it special. They spent a good amount of time with each table, with individual interactions with the kids. It was busy, so service wasn't the best in terms of refills and clearing plates, but who cares. We will treasure these memories!

The roasted chicken with veggies, potatoes, and cornbread was plentiful and delicious, though the man in front of me had to ask for the bread which led to a lengthy search around the restaurant. I do miss the steak that used to be an option here, but still a great value for a QS credit.

We did the DDP for the first time recently, since we got it free. It was so nice to eat at many restaurants we wouldn't consider when paying out of pocket. But that aside, it's great that so many character meals are included as well as buffets, which is great for families with kids under three who eat at no cost. I would crunch the numbers, but if you're considering the QS plan and a couple of character meals out of pocket, this might work better. My only complaint was that we're so rigidly tied to the schedule since you San no longer witch reservations day-of. I would book at hotels for the most part next time, so there's more flexibility with which park you visit before and after.

The food is fantastic. Delicious sweet breads, a plate of fruit, and a trough of breakfast classics! The character selection is impressive, but we had all finished eating and still waited about twenty minutes after before we saw our first character. I didn't think our toddler was going to make it! Lilo and Stitch were great! Mickey was a bit rushed but Pluto was excellent too. Perhaps the timing was just off that day. We will try it again sometime.

Our family loves this plan as we use snacks for breakfast and that makes it an all-inclusive vacation. There's no considering if you need to choose a cheaper item in the menu for this meal, and if you play your cards right, multiple people can eat off of one credit since at some places the portions are plentiful! A great choice!

Used to be so amazing and always on our "must do" list, but this is sadly no longer the case. We dined the middle of Dec 2015. The wait past our ADR was 45 mins and, although CMs tried to stop people as best they could, somehow the waiting area has become a "secret smoking" area, which made it even more uncomfortable. Once we were inside, the food was as amazing as ever! However, we found ourselves going to the buffet at just the wrong time and it took almost 30 mins to get through our 2nd plate (hot food). No big deal, we thought, as it took everyone else that long. Well, our server was taking the check of the other half of our table when we returned and told us flatly she thought we'd left. (They had small kids and only went to the buffet once.) She never refilled our drinks, even after being asked and she never asked if we wanted more bier. To top it off, they re-set the other half of our table with new people before we finished our main course! It was so awkward and uncomfortable we left before dessert. I was hoping it was a fluke, but I spoke to a relative who was there in Nov, she also had rude service. I'll really miss the food though, we've gone every trip since it opened but that's the last.
