I have to say I was not too impressed with Poly. We went for my daughter's 16th birthday as this is where she wanted to stay. this trip cost more than any other trip in the last 5 years because of the resort. In those trips we stayed at AK and Wilderness Lodge. There may have been too much to take in at Poly but I didn't feel relaxed there. The worse thing was waiting for the transportation buses. Every time it was at least 30-40min. We ended up walking to the transportation center or taking the buses back to the Grand Floridian and walking back. When we go back, I think it will be at the Wilderness Lodge again.

No seating, long lines and menu board that does not list all ingredients could have been deadly. My niece, 16, scanned the menu board to make sure what she is allergic to was not listed as part of her Thai sandwich that she ordered. Guess what! There was an ingredient that was put in sandwich that was not listed that she was allergic to! Went to manager who made another sandwich for her. Good thing she didn't eat all of it. Too much of a rush to get people through lines.

Food was okay. There is something for everyone. Not enough seating. Had to stand in line to sit down. Could not sit down unless you had your food and everyone in your party.

Got there before the flux from a tour group. Food was good, but not great. Was trying to get a knife and fork and a CM would not move out of the way.

From what I could see, my food looked good. It tasted great. Service was outstanding. Didn't like the fact that while I was trying to eat people were banging into my chair trying to take pictures. I guess that goes with the territory. The potato leak soup was excellent.

Food is good, but the upstairs seating was not available. Not enough seating inside. Didn't not want to eat outside in 90 degree heat. Cashiers got orders wrong, but no one is perfect. Was fixed.

Don't like eating with birds flying around and at your feet. Beef noodle bowl had a lot of grease. Dessert is nothing to talk about. Rest of food was okay.

You get a lot of good food for a very reasonable price. Lots of seating too. Only bad thing was that a tour group of girls used the restroom and got the counters and floors soaking wet. They were not eating there, but just walked in. Told the manager that the floor was wet as well as counters. Had someone on it right away. Pizza, salad and dessert were very good. Can't wait to go back there.

We gave this another try. Won't do it again. Food was just okay. Nothing great. Our server was excellent. Dessert that we ordered last year was plated beautifully. This year it was in a coffee cup. It was Tiramisu.

Was thundering and lightening when we were about to be seated. Hostess wanted to seat us under the tent outside during this weather! I refused as there were plenty of tables inside. Had reservations too. Server was friendly! Food was sooo good. Would go back again.
