I had reserved a ride for 5 people to a Disney resort (express service) costing me $305.00. 2 of my passengers needed to get an earlier flight so I called to change their transportation to an earlier time. I was told they would have to be standard not express which was fine. I was not refunded the difference between express and standard AND they had the nerve to charge me an extra $2.50 of which I am still not clear on why. Their explanation is shady and I really just wanted to make sure they had a ride. It was not a bus but a taxi van and other people traveling to and from same place were standard. Horrible run company and definitely NOT recommended.

Resort is beautiful! However, rooms are just average for the cost to stay there. We just retutned Sunday after a week at the Poly. Food options are not good st all. Quick serve is worse than at the budget resorts. Very disappointing!

Directions were helpful to find the location for check in. There is a large air conditioned waiting area directly across from check in and clean bathrooms. Well organized, short wait time to load on to their air conditioned locomotive themed bus. Luggage was loaded, comfortable seats, big windows for kids to look out and multiple tv screens playing themed cartoons.
Pros:
Great service and the most affordable way to the resorts!!Cons:
Build in extra time for your return bus ride back to the airport. The bus back will make several stops along the way at various resorts before making the 35 minute drive to the airport. Could take long in heavy traffic.Review of Sunshine Flyer

We ride the Sunshine Flyer every Disney World trip. We've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to board. Even their bathroom is pretty clean, and there's always about 5-10 total people on board. They always play Disney shorts for the whole ride, so really no complaints!
Pros:
short wait time, clean, empty (in regards to people), fun entertainmentCons:

Love all of this but if you can do a packable rain coat that’s even better bc it can fit in your bag for the rest of the day! Also the Birkenstocks while I love them they are difficult in the rain because your feet slide around in them. Love the pocket umbrella! All great ideas
Pros:
Easily stored in your bagCons:
Sliding around in the birks when it’s raining, they are much better for dry days.Review of Cape May Cafe - Character Breakfast

We ate at Cape May Café during the week of 4/24/23. The buffet was pretty good but not much better than your usual Disney World buffet. Everything was cooked well and seemed fresh. We had a party of 6, which consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 teenage girls. Each character came by our table twice and did a great job of goofing around with us since we were an older table. The waitstaff was also attentive and did a great job while we were there.
Pros:
Pretty good food and the characters were fun.Cons:
It's a little pricey for what it is, but if you want a sit down breakfast at the Beach Club, that's the only game in town (Unless you walk over to the Yacht Club).Review of Beaches and Cream

We were a party of 10 and ate here the week of April 24th. We showed up 10 minutes early and were seated right on time, which was at 7:35pm. I don't remember what everyone had but I tried the French Dip sandwich and it was good, the Au Jus was the best part. We all shared the Kitchen Sink which was fun but it became a big melted mess after 10 minutes.
Pros:
Great atmosphere and decorations. The waitstaff was attentive and did a great job.Cons:
The food is pretty good but nothing to write home about, you pretty much go for the Kitchen Sink. In the 90 minutes we were, there must of been at least 7-8 sinks ordered.Review of Beach Club Villas (Disney Vacation Club)

We stayed the BCV from 4/20 to 4/27/23. This was our first time staying at this resort and has been on our bucket list for a while. We stayed in a dedicated two bedroom on the third floor which was not renovated at that time. Our party size was 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. The grandparents slept in the main bedroom while my wife and I slept in the second bedroom in one bed, the youngest slept in the second bed while the oldest slept on the pull out couch in the living room. The space was great and everyone had their own bed to sleep in. You could see Spaceship Earth from our balcony, the room was clean but was definitely showing its age. We had stayed one night at Art of Animation the night before and bell service took our luggage from AOA and moved them to the BCV in time for our check in which was about 3:30pm. We love being minutes away from Epcot, we walked over to World Showcase almost every evening for dinner. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we did a pool day with a cabana which was terrific.
