Trader Sam's is one of our favorite places. The atmosphere and the cast members are fantastic. And be aware, strange and wonderful things may happen depending on what drinks you order and where you are seated! The Headhunter sushi roll is my favorite sushi on property.
Pros:
Wonderful atmosphere, interactive cast members, great food.Cons:
A limited number of seats are available, so there may be a long wait to get in, especially during busy times.Review of Caribbean Beach Resort (Moderate Resort)

We enjoyed our stay, but it was not under construction when we stayed last time in 2016. We are going back there again March, 2019. We have 3 kids, so we have to stay in a room that offers a murphy bed. This is the most affordable option. We have also stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. We loved that property, but it is a little more expensive than Caribbean Beach.
Pros:
There are rooms to accommodate 5 people. The pool is really cool. There are multiple bus stops around the property.Cons:
It’s huge! We were near a bus stop, but not near the food court.Review of Grand Floridian Cafe Lunch/Dinner

I am preparing for my 10th trip to Disney World and Grand Floridian Cafe has become a favorite of my over the years. Located in the undeniable opulent Grand Floridian Resort, this restaurant looks like it was plucked directly from a painting of a Grand Victorian resort of the late 19th century. I love how every time I visit I feel like I have found the secret place where the service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the view and ambiance incredible. On our last visit, my husband couldn't resist the burger with lobster on it. My son, who is insanely picky, had very specific instructions for his steak and his side dishes. Everything came out perfectly cooked and exactly as he expected. Bonus - they had Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce - much to his delight! The Chocolate Fondue dessert was the perfect ending to an outstanding dinner! I would highly recommend trying Grand Floridian Cafe - I know that it is a must on my dining list for every trip.
Pros:
Friendly attentive staff, delicious food cooked to specifications, incredible views, opulent ambiance, a quick monorail ride from the Magic KingdomCons:

Visited Blue Bayou for lunch August 2018. Check in was quick and easy and the ambiance of the restaurant is nice to get out of the crowds and relax for a while. I ordered the salmon and it was delicious. My only complaint is the Monte Cristo sandwich. It is not like a typical Monte Cristo you would expect. Way to much fried breading and way too rich. If you want to avoid a stomach ache the rest of the day, steer clear of this.
Pros:
AtmosphereCons:

We recently stayed at AKL and the hotel is wonderful. The only reason I don't give it a 10 is of its enormous size! The staff is friendly however, NO ONE told us that you can get to the pool or lobby area via different elevators and/or hallways. 4 days into the trip my daughter and I were exploring and found a elevator took it and bam we came out right by the pool!!! If I knew this earlier in the trip I would have been so happy. The lobby/buses and pool area are totally different parts of the hotel. There are hallways and elevators everywhere and they all lead to different spots. So point is take a few minutes on your arrival day and map it all out you may find closer ways to get to the area you want!
Pros:
Awesome hotel and friendly staffCons:

We have vacationed at Disney's Yacht Club and absolutely love staying there. From the moment we arrive on DME to our sad check-out day, we are in heaven. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. We all love the pool and the great selection of restaurants. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. We can't wait to book our next vacation here.
Pros:
The sand-bottom pool; the great location to both Epcot, Boardwalk and DHS.Cons:

We have stayed at All Star Sports several times & have generally had a good experience with the food court. Breakfast is fine, not outstanding but pretty good. We have found that the quality of the breakfast food is better if you can get there before the crowds. I guess once it's crowded, they are just trying to get it out as fast as possible. For dinner, the create your own pasta is good, as well as the pot roast or roasted turkey from the entree station. I like the mashed potatoes at this station - they taste homemade.
Pros:
Good dinner options different than the typical burger & fries found at the parksCons:

The website is fine, but the app is quite glitchy and lacking, although it is nice to have most of my reservations in one place. I do dislike that you can't connect certain special events to MDE, like tours. The website does also fail to impress when it comes to PhotoPass. It has very little capability to sort photos and you have to scroll all the way down to see your most recent pictures. The downloading function is also pretty finicky. You have to either download EVERY photo, or go through one at a time to download each photo. Very time consuming.
