Review of Theme Park Photo Pass

We overal love using photopass! However, our last 2 trips we have had several photos that are out of focus, overexposed and quite literally have members of our party’s heads missing. It’s kind of hit and miss with the quality which is disappointing because it’s a paid service.
Pros:
No having to worry about capturing the whole family in one photo or having to ask a stranger to snap a photo for youCons:

We eat lunch here on every visit. I ALWAYS order the Braised Pork and I LOVE IT. The portions are very large. I like the fact that you can get drink refills.

Stayed here with my Mom 11/1/17-11/9/17 This is the hotel we always stay at and we are never disappointed. But I gave the rating of 8 because of the changes in the food court. The selections are starting to get quite slim.
We decided on no housekeeping in order to get the gift card and was able to get clean towels at anytime. Will be staying again in the near future.
Pros:
On property so always in the magicCons:

During this tour, your guide takes you around the Living with the Land greenhouses, describing the plants and animals and the different projects and experiments they are doing in living with the land. You spend a lot of time in the "on stage" areas of the attraction, so any question you had about what's going on there will be answered! The tour is about an hour.
If you are the kind of person who never skip Living with the Land, then this tour is totally worth it. We still talk about it whenever Living with the Land comes up in conversation!
Pros:
You do get to see most of the green house up close. The guide we had was very knowledgeable as well as personable. You feel a bit like a VIP when the attraction boats go by! The tour is the perfect length to go on without feeling like you are taking too much time out of your park day. The price is very reasonable.Cons:
Activities may vary from tour to tour so don't get your heart set on one particular item. (For example I think they always have some food from the greenhouse for you to try, but what you get varies.)Reviewed by LisaFrank2001 Review Date: 09/28/2018

We had our most recent visit to Boma breakfast 8/28-as usual it was the best meal of the trip !! We have been countless times to Boma and each time it is fantastic. We enjoy a little bit of everything—my personal faves are the oak roasted tomatoes, Mickey waffles and banana nut bread. As usual great service, love the Jungle Juice (which FYI you can get frozen jungle juice at the Mara!!) we will be back again and again.
Pros:
Fresh plentiful foods. Wide variety of items, regular breakfast foods and African inspired choices.Cons:
none, this is consistently one of the best meals on property.Review of Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza

We ate here for the first time August 2018. My teen daughter and I split a personal plain pizza and pesto garlic knots. Both were very good, we enjoyed the fast service and pleasant staff. We did decide to eat outside because it was so noisy and crowded inside.
Pros:
So many options to personalize your pizza.Cons:
Inside is a bit noisy and chaotic during meal times.Reviewed by LisaFrank2001 Review Date: 09/28/2018

We stayed for the first time at Kidani Village, standard studio view. The lobby is beautiful, a small version of the Jambo House lobby. It was a bit crowded to navigate through if crowded with people. Check in was quick and smooth and our room was ready at 9:30am. Our room was FAR from lobby—it was a long walk after walking all day in the parks. We have stayed many times in a pool view at Jambo House and we were spoiled by having everything centrally located. My teen daughter slept on the pull out couch and she said was comfortable. We used the pool several times and the pool area is great. Plenty of room so you are not sitting on top of other people.
Pros:
Beautiful hotel, grounds, fun pool area and great animal viewing areas.Cons:
Can be a long walk to your room. Small lobby, no food court.Review of Spa Treatments

Had a massage on the Fantasy. I don’t usually like massages but I decided to treat myself. It was amazing. I wanted to go every day but that was not going to be possible. It was really worth it. An enthusiastic yes to a spa massage.

Relaxing!Cons:

We have dined at Akershus on two separate occasions. The first time we were a bit overwhelmed with the snap of the picture upon entry, the buffet and then the ala carte items. We weren't really sure how it all worked. Some of the food items are a little unusual,to maintain proper themeing , no doubt. Portions of the ala carte menu were laughably small, we literally laughed as my daughter tried to see the chicken that was in the bottom of a huge bowl..this was the first time and we didn't really use the buffet to our advantage. The second time we were 'ready' and did justice to the buffet and then ordered our alacarte items. It was very crowded and loud, and to the point of my little girl getting elbowed nearly every two minutes by someone walking by or the man at the table next to her (arranged in a "L" shape) when he stretched. My husband actually had to ask him to be more polite. Character interaction was good, in as far as the princess' were well represented, but very quick, when the girls were younger it felt very rushed.
