I still recommend this restaurant for the beautiful dining room and atmosphere.
Party of 3 had ADR in early December. You check-in and then wait on the bridge to the restaurant...very pretty. Wait staff comes out to get you with a Luminere statue and proceeds to walk you through the restaurant. Our staffer told all kinds of facts about the restaurant and explained that you are only allowed to meet the Beast after your meal is entirely over and you are on your way out of building. Which makes a lot of sense. He also said we could take pictures of the other dining rooms after the meal.
We were seated in the main dining room which was all decorated for Christmas. Outside the windows it was snowing. So pretty. While we were there, the Beast is announced into the room with quite a fuss, music and he bows. SO CUTE. Wait staff was wonderful and quick to serve.
Food on the other hand was awful. 2 adults had chicken and my daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich. The chicken was over-cooked with no flavor and skin was left on. YUK! Daughters grilled cheese was cold and cheese was not melted...Seasoned fries and not stated on menu.
Dessert was your choice of cupcakes which is brought to you in a glass case on wheels..CUTE. Cupcakes are tasty but very tiny.
After our meal we got on a small line to meet the Beast. Do you know how many people tried to get in that line without having finished their meal? About 5 families in 5 minutes? Adults just don't listen or think rules don't apply to them. Such rude people too, yelling at the host of the line.!! Disney has a host there to make sure you are finished and on your way out of the restaurant. The host then explained to us it happens all day long.
Well, after that mess, the meet and greet was wonderful. Beast danced with my daughter and took some great pictures.
So, while the food was horrible, everything else had that Disney magic. I am going to try it again next year but maybe for breakfast, which I heard is starting in Feb or April of 2105

Party of 3, had ADR in early December. We arrived early and were seated quickly.
Wait staff were amazing and really friendly. Drinks, apps and entrees were served quickly. Food was hot and tasted delicious. Spaghetti, a pizza and raviolis. All delicious!! For dessert we always order the ricotta fritters, they are FABULOUS!
We always make time to eat at this restaurant while visiting WDW. This is opur 4th meal here. It is a bit loud, but I think it is because of the high ceilings and the size of the dining room. But that doesn't stop us from going back.
Good food, staff and atmosphere.

Visited early December and ate lunch as part of the Candlelight Processional Package. We were a party of three and when we arrived were seated quickly.
Wait staff was quick and attentive. Ate pasta, raviolis and one had chicken parm. All meals were cooked well and came to the table piping hot. The grated cheese was even awesome.
Tiramisu and gelato for dessert was delicious!
We visit this restaurant every time we are at WDW, and will return next year.

This is our second time here since we were here 3 years ago. Food was just OK but not worth the 2 dining credits. We ordered Alaska King and Filet Mignon, both were just OK. We have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated even we were there at 5:30 for the 5:45 reservation. Waiter never checked on us after we ordered the food. We will not come back, will try other place.
Pros:
nice view, comfortable seatingCons:

We were under the dinning plan so we ordered mango smoothie for the drink, For entrees, we ordered Filet Mignon with lobster tail and another entrees 2 lbs lobster, both were excellent. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful too. It was worth the 2 dining credits since we ordered the most expensive food from the menu and we will be back again the next time we have the dining plan.

Room and bus service were OK. Stayed in building 6. It was close to the big pool but the food area closed too early even during the Christmas week. We would not be able to get the refill drink there after 7pm and have to walk all the way to the main building for the refill. Kids of mine aged 9, 12 & 15 don't like this place, just didn't have the Disney feel. We have tried 6 different Disney resorts from value to deluxe and this is the least that we liked.

The good thing here s the fried chicken. People worked behind the food areas seem much nicer than the cashiers and willing to help. They don't have any cup of fruit like other food court for desserts.

Food was decent.Cons:

Party of 3 had ADR for breakfast. Walkimg through Epcot with little to no crowds early in the morning was fun!
Was able to check-in for ADR then explore the Norway Shop. Upon entering the restaurant my daughter had her picture taken with Belle(part of package price of breakfast-NICE). Then was seated quickly, to a wonderful window seat. There is a big plate of food brought to your table for "family style", eggs, potates, sausage and bacon. Food was hot, fresh and you can get as many of those dishes as the table wants. There is also a decent buffet to chose from with cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt etc.
Interaction with the princesses was not rushed each princess talked and took pics with my daughter and the adults. Very nice. half way through the breakfast there is a "princess parade", which was cute. My daughter did not participate in that, feeling a bit too mature, but the little princesses and princes were very cute marching around the room. No worries that you might miss a princess, they always come back to the tables.
This breakfast usually gets high marks with my family, we have been to it many times and will do it again next year. Good food and fun with the princesses. Belle(first picture session only), Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty.
Beats standing in line to meet them or use a fast pass+. Same amount of interaction time.
