First time returning to this attraction since 2012 and I have to say, I left feeling embarrassed and irritated. Embarrassed because I could hear younger people (maybe 20s-30s) snickering at the 1950s era chorus music - it is definitely over the top! And the narrative is so “white” and so outdated in its sensitivities to all people - for example, when they get to the Civil War, they just say,”it ended” and move on - no mention of enslavement that brought it about - just the tragedy of two white boys fighting each other- Disney really needs to get into the current century in how it approaches the past! They should focus more on things like this than getting the details right on the fantasy worlds of Lucas and Cameron!
Pros:
Air conditionedCons:
Music and dialogue very dated - will not appeal to anyone under 55! I’m sure even Mark Twain is embarrassed!Review of Food & Wine Food Booths

BIG Changes Needed! The Disney F&W Festival has run its course I think. Most items are repeats from prior years and not at all authentic - most booth staff are locals, not from the countries and the food is just ok to terrible - we had mushy tacos, miniature dry chicken wings and chops drenched in potato chips as examples. “Extra” entertainment was lacking (many booths empty) - just the usual stuff you see; and the special events like pairings, demos, cooking, all GONE! Just a money grabbing event with no magic whatsoever!
Pros:
Less expensive than regular Disney diningCons:
Not at all authentic and not at all impressive!Review of Mama Melrose's Lunch/Dinner

Standard Italian, but with a nice atmosphere.
Pros:
Staff was great as always. Approachable options. I got the sustainable fish on the recommendation of our server and it was very good, the house made noodles were stolen off my plate by several family members.Cons:

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Our server gave us some solid recommendations. The burger was one of the best I have ever had. My family will 100 percent be back
Pros:
Menu had a variety of options even for picky eaters. Portion sizes were good for the price. The burger was AMAZING, and the turkey sandwich was massive could have been easily split between 2 adults.Cons:
One of our party got the Salisbury steak and it had way too much onion. I’m guessing it was just an off day for it as everything else was greatReview of The Incredible Hulk Coaster

overall it is an okay ride, There are a few things like the seating that need to be/should be fixed. This ride is not like dumbo, triceratops spin, or the magic carpets of Aladin because it is more thrilling considering that you are much, much higher than those others. The capacity is also terrible.
Pros:
different thrilling viewsCons:
seating capacity can be scary for someReview of Backlot Express

The Wookie Cookie is just not what I expected or what it is touted to be. I heard for a long time before my vacation how good it was and how it tasted like a "Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie". Well, don't be fooled. The two cookies are large which is a plus, but they are hard and really do not have any oatmeal taste or texture. The cream filling is good - we ended up tossing the cookies after scraping off the cream filling. The little chocolate bar on the top of the cookie is tasty. Overall, not a terrible treat...but don't think you are getting a Little Debbie...it is nothing like those delicious little pillows of fun.
Pros:
The cream filling.Cons:
The hard cookies have no oatmeal taste or texture.Review of Paddlefish

This is a very fun experience for kids, and we can all agree that it is one of a kind here at Disney World. It’s one of the only attractions that you get to be part of the show! Everyone who comes all have the opportunity to roar like the Beast, sing like Belle’s closet, and other things, and whoever they think does best gets to play a part in a surprise party for Belle! Two adults get a part in the show, but otherwise only kids take part. Everyone works together to tell the story of when Belle met the Beast, and honestly, I think it’s very fun, especially for kids! Each show is about 15-25 minutes long. If you need some AC, if you or your kids want to be part of a show, or if your family just likes Belle, this is the experience for you!
