Of all the quick service places I ate on my trip, Docking Bay 7 is the one I would most likely return to. I felt immersed in the atmosphere of Galaxy's Edge while dining here, and really enjoyed everything I ordered. I am very serious about being immersed. I found myself really feeling like I was in a galaxy far far away. Of all the parks and all the lands in the parks, I found myself having the easiest time suppressing my disbelief and buying into the story that was being told while I sat eating at Docking Bay 7. And I am not a Star Wars fan.
To anyone reading, of you've never been, please go here. You won't regret it.
Pros:
The Outpost Puff was the best dessert I ate on WDW property. Also, the Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip was amazing. My sister ordered the Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs which were also great. We also enjoyed the Moof Juice- I was sad when I finished mine.Cons:
Maybe could use a little more seating? But other than that, nothing.Review of Jiko - The Cooking Place - Jambo House

I had heard this place is one of the best dining locations on property, so I went in with high expectations. The food was good, but I was a bit underwhelmed with the whole experience. I got the lamb shank, and personally found it to be good but not great. I wasn't the biggest fan of thr sauce. The best part was the lemom potatoes. The offerings were really unique and I ate things I wouldn't have had the opportunity to elsewhere, but were I to make dining choices again, I wouldn't return to Jiko.
Pros:
Quite unique and special menu items to choose from. Atmosphere classy.Cons:
For the amount I enjoyed the meal, it felt too expensive. Also, the dumela was a let down for me. It was mostly bitter and sour and while it was certainly unique I wouldn't order it again.Review of Satu'li Canteen

The build your own bowl is a great option, and the foods offered are very unique. The Pandoran Sunrise drink was good but didn't stick out as amazing. However, the Blueberry Cheesecake Mousse is in contention for the best dessert I had at WDW this trip. Worth a stop. Probably the best quick service place in AK.
Pros:
The Blueberry Cheesecake Mousse is to die for. There is also a fair bit of seating. Furthermore, at Satuli Canteen in particular, cast members were wonderful, every single one I interacted with.Cons:
Can get crowded and noisy.Review of Pongu Pongu - Pandora

The pongu lumpia was good! A little unusual, but I was actually expecting it to be more strange than it was based on what I had heard. I would get it again for sure. However, the night blossom drink, which I had high hopes for, ended up being far more sour than I was hoping. The first sips were enjoyable but I ended up throwing it away after about half of it.
Pros:
Unique offerings! The pongu lumpia is a great breakfast type offering.Cons:
The night blossom is super sour, there isn't really any seating.Review of Flame Tree Barbecue

It’s corn! I dream about this corn. If u love flavor get it with the spices. If your kids are like mine and hate flavor you can get this without the spice. I get this every time!! It’s near the safari ride on a food cart with things like chips, fruit and pretzels.
Pros:
Delicious!Cons:

The corn on the cob with African Spices was absolute fire. I shared one with my sister and we absolutely demolished it. Go try it if you never have!
Pros:
That corn! It has the spice it has the spice!Cons:
Other than the corn, the offerings are very basic.Review of Nomad Lounge

Cast Members are extremely attentive and knowledgable. Cocktails are very creative and refreshing. If you are intimidated by the cocktail menu just let the cast member know what you enjoy in a drink and they will steer you in the right direction. The Mocktail menu is inventive, a great option non alcoholic drinkers. The tuna poke bowl is a light midday snack to enjoy with your beverage.

We really enjoyed our lunch. We shared some appetizers as well as entrees. Our service was wonderful.
Pros:
Coconut shrimp and Korean fried chicken. Perfect.Cons:
Only con was the "specialty dessert. Table tents showed 3 options, we went with s'mores. It ended up being pudding and tasted like instant with gobs of cool whip. I wasn't a fan when I was 5 I expected more from a full service Disney restaurant. It belongs on a kid's menu and maybe that is what it is intended as. (Pictures on each table so the kids will want them makes sense. I do wish our server recommended something else when we asked about it).Review of Rosa Mexicano

We tried this for the first time a few months ago and loved it. The table side quac was the best I've ever had. We all got some type of the enchiladas and they were all very good. But the duck version with mole sauce was out of this world. Margaritas were inventive and strong (beware ?). Service was top notch - we had two servers waiting on us.
