Very unsatisfied and poor customer service. I Paid $200 for express service round trip and then was returned to the airport via non-express. I found an article noting that express service was "removed", yet I was never notified by mears and had already paid for it. When I called Mears Connect and asked about it, the woman told me express was "not removed"?? She also could not connect me with anyone to resolve the issue and told me to email Mears Connect. I still have not heard back 4 days later. You're better off taking Uber X or Lyft!!!

Well where do I start, I frequent Disney at least 3 to 4 times a year. I usually use a private uber or I rent a car. This time I said let me try this new service by Mears. So I did, I got to the airport and was looking where to go but no signs or no directional information where to go. So I ended up on the wrong side of the airport. Then I finally got to where I need to be,then to be confronted by a bunch attitude problem workers, with no customer service skills. Then the cherry on top, I go to the bus that it looks like they just ripped off the Disney Logo, so so tackle. Then the bus driver was nice in the beginning but ended up just being a jerk. I couldn't even understand him, he had a deep accent, he was speeding everywhere. Then had the ordacity to ask me for money in a speech, after I didn't give him a tip or any money's, his niceness changed to just not getting a response when I told him Thank u so much for bringing me and my kids to Disney. Anyways I will never take this service again, won't recommend. I rather take a Uber or rent a car.

Do not use!!! We booked a one way from a Disney resort to the airport. Waited 1 hour, every bus that came said ours was the next. In the end we begged another company to take us for cash on site and barely made our flight. Super stressful end to our relaxing vacation!

Pros:

The whole family got a cardiovascular workout running to our flight... Including the grandparents.

Cons:

Unreliable, unhelpful, disaster.

Waited 45 minutes, the driver was rude, ended up in a shared van and waited another 10 minutes while he argued over how much he was being paid. You're better off just using Lyft

Jan 2021- paid for \"Express\" service which implied that our group of 4 would be taken to our resort and back to the airport in a private shuttle. I made reservations based on this assumption.

Upon arrival we headed to the mears desk and were greeted with super friendly employees and were quickly transported in a van to our hotel. Our return to the airport was NOT this way! I expected the same service back to the airport- especially during covid. A large tour bus arrived for us and have a number of others on the bus already. Really seems like a bait and switch to me. I will use a ride share in the future.

It was really easy to reserve online, but the service was terrible.

I never received my QR code the day of or before arrival. We were the fifth stop, so it took forever to get to our resort. On the way home we stopped at 3 other resorts, and it was an hour of picking up folks at other resorts before finally getting to the airport.

The magic is gone and the service is bad. Just take Lyft.

I was so excited to find out about this service. Especially for $33 round trip. Should have known a cheap price would mean bad service.

After never receiving the email they said would be send closer to the trip, I started calling. Waited an hour 3 different times. Even as my plane landed there was no text with directions as they also said. Had absolutely no idea where to go. There were no directions anywhere. Three airport staff and one security had no idea what I was taking about. Never heard of Mears. So, I followed signs to ground transportation. When I got there another bus company said it’s in another terminal. Walked so far for nothing and had to walk again to the right place.

Even when you get there it’s still not labeled. There were 100 balloons making an arch but no idea that’s what that was and walked right passed it. Sooooo tired of waking.

When I got there the guy simply said, “oh you didn’t get a text? That tells you exactly where to go”. When I relied no he said, “we must have the wrong email and phone number, oh well you’re here now”. I made him check and both were correct.

From there, you have to wait in a line. It’s really not a reservation for a specific time even though I had a specific time. Once you check in they just heard you to a line and you have to wait. Once on the bus, we had to wait for enough people to fill the bus to leave…about 30 minutes.

The last straw was going to 5 different hotels first. I had no idea and nowhere does it say the bus will stop at different hotels on their website. You make a reservation to your hotel so assume everyone on the bus is going to the same place.

My daughter was in the same flight with a group. We left the flight at the same time, she had baggage and I didn’t and she arrived to the hotel an hour and nine minutes before me w an h we. Granted she paid double what I paid but worth it.

Everything else..:.esp when you’re tired already.

Arrived at the airport and made our way to the Mears Connect. It took us about an hour to board our shuttle to our hotel. The area was pretty crowded so we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, my opinions changed when our scheduled return shuttle from our resort hotel back to the airport is another story. We waited at our designated pick up location 10 mins before our pick up time. Mears does send out a handy text with a link to track your car and driver, but our driver never came to our pick up location. When I tried to call with the provided phone number it went to voicemail each time. We ended up having to book an Uber to make it to the airport on time. I would definitely suggest making other arrangements to get to and from the airport than the Mears Connect. It just seems they bit off more than they can chew. Maybe in a year or two they will be able to fix all the kinks and provide a good service to guest beginning and ending their of their vacation.

Paid for this service thinking the premium price would include decent transportation. Instead we ended up paying $250 for two taxi rides which would’ve been $100 cheaper if we got them from the taxi line at the airport.

Dedicated check in at MCO

Cons:

Glorified and overpriced cab service. Return service pick up was 20 minutes late.

I have been trying for 3 days to cancel my return to the airport and I can’t reach them, spent an hour on hold several times. They will come for me tomorrow and wait I am tired of trying to let them know to skip me.
