A brand-new popcorn bucket based on the iconic King Arthur’s Carrousel just debuted at Disneyland, but it’s not available to everyone.

The new bucket — based on the classic attraction which sits at the center of Fantasyland and designed by Ashley Taylor — is exclusively available to Magic Key members.
While one might think that exclusivity would hamper the bucket’s popularity, that wasn’t our experience. When we jumped in line to pick one up at the Main Street snack cart, there was a long line ahead of us, including a pair of switchbacks. That said, there were still plenty in stock by the time we reached the cart.

The bucket itself is adorable, featuring artwork inspired by the attraction, a spinning feature that makes it appear to move like the ride, and it even plays music! If you’re wondering where the popcorn goes — this is a popcorn bucket after all — the top flips open to reveal the salty snack in all its glory. Magic Key Holders can get it for $39.75.

This latest bucket might be one of the most appealing yet to Disney history buffs, as King Arthur’s Carrousel is arguably one of the most historically significant yet under-merchandised Disneyland attractions. The ride was originally designed by William Dentzel, and was first operated at Sunnyside Beach Park in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1922. The attraction was purchased by Disney in 1954 and has been operating at Disneyland since the park opened the following year.

Whether you’re a popcorn bucket collector, Disneyland history enthusiast, or simply someone looking for a cool music box-like collectible, you may want to use your Magic Key status to pick up a bucket ASAP, as that stock we were talking about is not guaranteed to last.
