Level 99 Is Bringing the Ultimate Adult Playground to Disney Springs

If you’ve ever wished Disney Springs had something more in the vein of high-energy, competitive fun for grown-ups, Level 99 is about to deliver. This interactive entertainment concept is essentially an escape room, an obstacle course, and an arcade all rolled into one massive experience, and it’s officially opening at Disney Springs this summer.

The Disney Springs location will be Level 99’s fifth overall and its first in Florida, and it’s going big. We’re talking over 45,000 square feet across two stories on the West Side, making it the largest Level 99 to date. There will be 63 challenge rooms and duels covering physical, skill-based, and mental categories. Think balancing challenges, puzzle-solving, accuracy tests, and yes, an Axe Run. It’s a lot, in the best possible way.

When you arrive, you’ll create an account tied to a wristband that tracks your progress through every game. Your team will have one to four minutes to beat each challenge, and your performance earns you rewards that can be redeemed for snacks, perks, and swag. Top players even land on a Leaderboard, so the competitive types are going to love this. And since most guests can’t get through all 50-plus challenges in a single visit, it’s very much designed to bring you back again.

On top of the games, Level 99 will have a full dining experience anchored by a two-story bar wrapped in glowing neon lights. The menu is chef-crafted and includes Level 99’s award-winning Detroit-style pizza, which we can personally vouch for after visiting a current location.

A specific opening date within summer 2026 hasn’t been announced yet, but we’re watching closely and will keep you updated the moment we know more.

Six Ravens Is Bringing Savory Delights to The Landing

Gideon’s Bakehouse already has one of the most devoted fan bases in all of Disney Springs, so when owner Steve Lewis announces a new concept, people pay attention. Six Ravens is that new concept, and it’s a savory-focused fast casual spot set to open in The Landing, just a few doors down from Gideon’s.

The menu centers around hand-pie sandwiches called coffyns and housemade yeast rolls with fillings developed in partnership with some of Central Florida’s favorite local chefs. Lewis has described Six Ravens as a way to collaborate with the culinary community he’s been part of for years, and that ethos is built right into the concept. It’s the same creative spirit that made Gideon’s a Disney Springs institution, just pointed in a completely different flavor direction.

Six Ravens will move into the former Art of Shaving space, and while we don’t have a firm opening date yet, the hope is that it’ll be up and running sometime this summer. Given the track record of what Lewis has built with Gideon’s, expectations are understandably high.
