Wouldn’t it be nice to fly first class anytime you need to fly everywhere? But for most of us, that’s not realistic, and we’re stuck flying in economy with, well, everyone else.

The truth about flying in economy, though, is that it can often be uncomfortable, but there are things you can get that can make it a little less so. We’ve got some new travel essentials that make flying in economy SO much easier, and we’re sharing them with you.
If you’re on a long flight and sitting in economy, it’s hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. But we SWEAR that the trtl Travel Pillow makes a huge difference. Not only does it support your neck, but it also keeps your head upright while you’re trying to catch some Z’s on a flight.

This pillow packs up in its own case, too, to make for easy carrying, and it’s lightweight and small enough so that it doesn’t take up precious space in your carry-on or personal bag.
The Loop Quiet 2 Earplugs are another essential we swear by on flights. These earplugs make flying so quiet that you’re able to get some good, undisturbed rest.

We also appreciate that these earplugs are comfortable, so they don’t bother us when we’re wearing them.
If you plan on listening to some music or catching up on your favorite shows or movies while flying, a good pair of noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones is what you need. These filter out background noise, so you can focus on what you’re listening to.

You can even get up to 40 hours of listening time on these headphones before they need to be charged.
Long flights are bad for the circulation, and if you don’t want to bother with compression socks, we really like Calf Compression Sleeves like these that you can just slip on whenever.

These work well in helping prevent circulation issues in your legs (which is a real concern on long-haul flights), as well as help prevent swelling.
Your phone is going to run out of juice while you’re traveling. That’s why we like keeping a FuelRod Charger Kit on hand so we can charge our phone when we need to. Then we can just swap out the used FuelRod for a new one (and yes, many airports have FuelRod stations).

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that airlines do have new rules about how you can travel with portable chargers, so check those before you leave.
Your skin takes a beating in the dry air of an airplane cabin. We like to use something like the SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray to keep our skin calm and soothed..

This spray comes in a variety of sizes, so if you plan on taking it onto the plane with you, get the 1 oz. to meet the TSA’s liquid rules.
In the meantime, we’ll be keeping an eye out for the latest Disney deals, so make sure you stay tuned to AllEars for more!
