On April 29th, Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is getting an expansion to the timeline where we’ll be able to experience different storylines from our favorite Star Wars movies, including The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Mandalorian, and Ahsoka. With this update, we’re getting new merchandise, characters, and music! Eek!
Star Wars probably has some of the most iconic music of any franchise, and this continues into Galaxy’s Edge. Now, guests will be able to enjoy even more of John Williams’s music because with the new timelines, music is being pulled from the first six movies and brought to Galaxy’s Edge.
Songs like “Main Title” and “Force Theme” will welcome you into the Star Wars universe, while other titles like “Han Solo and the Princess,” “The Desert and the Robot Auction,” “The Emperor,” and more will pull you into the land as you explore stores and meet characters.
Something the whole AllEars team is excited for is that “Cantina Band” will play in Oga’s Cantina! That’s really going to set the mood. Disneyland is updating the storyline of the Galactic Civil War, and Oga Garra has recently opened the spot, which is already a fan-favorite among intergalactic travelers.
