Flying can be very stressful from the moment you arrive at the airport to the moment you land at your final destination. The check-in experience alone can make you feel like you’re just part of a herd of cattle being ushered through the system before you’re unceremoniously dumped at TSA security.

However, Delta Airlines recently introduced a new check-in experience called Delta One Check-In that hopes to take the stress out of check-in. And now, Delta One Check-In is expanding to more airports.
Delta One Check-In is an exclusive space that Delta has created for flight check-in, bag drop-off, and relaxation. Yes, the elevated space comes with spots to kick back and relax to provide the least stressful check-in experience at the airport. And now you can enjoy this experience at more airports. The following airports now offer Delta One Check-In: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX), Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), New York-JFK (JFK), Salt Lake City (SLC), and Seattle (SEA).

Every Delta Check-In offers: personalized assistance from premium service ambassadors, expedited check-in and bag drop, comfortable seating, and light bites and beverages.
But that’s not all. Both JFK and LAX offer Delta One security that leads directly to each Delta One Lounge, which means the entire process of checking in and getting through security feels less like herding cattle and more like an elevated experience. Both BOS and SEA also have Delta One Lounges, with more on the way for Delta’s other hubs.

So, who can use Delta One Check-In? It’s available to any same-day departing Delta One ticketed customer or any customer flying business class on select Delta partners, as well as Delta 360 members.
“Delta One Check-In sets the tone for each one of our Delta One customers to begin experiencing their elevated journey from the moment they arrive at the airport,” said Greg Forbes, managing director of airport experience. “It builds on the efficiency and consistency with a welcoming, calm environment that reflects Delta’s signature care and hospitality.”
