We talk a lot about all the changes happening in Disney World, but over at Disneyland Resort, there are just as many (if not more) changes going on that we’ve been keeping track of for you.

Many of these could impact your vacation, especially if you’re planning it around specific attractions or experiences you want to explore, which is why we’re here to bring you all the details. If you and your family are huge fans of Pixar, Disney has subtly announced the closure of a certain parade you’ll want to know about.
The Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration is a parade that currently takes place twice a day, at 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM, at Disney California Adventure. It features more than two dozen characters from your favorite Pixar films, like Red Panda Mei, Joe Gardner, Luca, Alberto, Giulia, Joy, and Sadness, to name a few.

This parade is quite popular among guests, but it doesn’t last all year. It just came back on May 16th and, as it did last year, it’ll end before summer is officially over. We did some digging, and it turns out Disney has (almost certainly) told us exactly when that ending date is, thanks to a sneaky calendar update.

Showtimes for this parade show are listed as normal on August 3rd, but then cease on August 4th, indicating that the final day for this parade this year will be August 3rd.

Still want to see a parade? Don’t worry! Paint the Night returned to celebrate Disneyland’s 70th anniversary and is performed twice a night, usually at 8:45 PM and 10:45 PM. It runs through Disneyland, and you can see friends like Mike and Sulley, Ariel, Tinker Bell, and Peter Pan.

We’re sad to see Better Together go, but we’re crossing our fingers that it’ll return next year as well — we love seeing our favorite Pixar pals on parade!
