Disney Just Unveiled the Medals for the 2025 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend

Lace up the old running shoes, friends! It’s time to get running. Disney is hosting a special runDisney event this October, and we have some FUN news to share about the race weekend.

OK, we’ll admit it. One of our FAVORITE parts of a runDisney event is showing off a big, shiny medal. How often do people get medals for their hard work these days? Not often enough, if you ask us. Luckily, runDisney has us covered — check out the NEW 2025 medal designs for the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. 

The Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend takes place from October 23rd to 26th, 2025, at Disney World. The theme is (fittingly) Disney Magical Mealtimes, and each race is inspired by a different part of the day’s dining. Whether you’re team breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert, this race is gonna fill you right up (with EXCITEMENT).

First, let’s take a peek at the medal for the Disney Wine & Dine 5K. It’s inspired by the sweet “Happy Porridge” scene with Mulan and Mushu!

OK, Frozen fans — this one is for YOU! The Disney Wine & Dine 10K medal features Olaf’s Midday Munchies. How fun is this?!

If you’re brave enough to tackle the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon, you’ll be awarded a medal starring Lady and the Tramp!

Now THIS is impressive — if you complete the Disney Two Course Challenge, Disney will award you the highest of honors: a Flora, Fauna & Merryweather medal, celebrating 19.3 miles and 10 YEARS of runDisney events.

All throughout the race weekend, look out for ultra-rare characters and live race-day entertainment. There’s even a Post-Race Party at EPCOT on October 26th!
