Planning a trip to Disney World and not sure where you should eat while you’re there? Luckily, you’ve come to the right place!

Here at AllEars, we know all the ins and outs of restaurants at Disney World and the greater Orlando area — including where you should definitely eat, and where you should skip. We recently stopped by Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress after being invited out, and we’re bringing you our FULL review!
Background
Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen is a Michelin-recommended restaurant that serves Florida-inspired dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients. Chef Richard Blais, the first winner of Top Chef All-Stars and current co-star on Next Level Chef, opened his first Florida restaurant with Four Flamingos.

Four Flamingos is open from 5 to 10 PM each night, with Happy Hour daily from 5 to 6 PM, and it’s been recommended by the Michelin Guide since 2022, which was the first year Orlando was included in the guide. It’s an excellent spot for locals and visitors alike.
Atmosphere
The restaurant is inspired by Florida — and not just in the cuisine. The bright, open space makes you feel like you’re on Florida’s coast even though you’re in the middle of the state.

You’ll find an open kitchen here, inviting diners to take a peek at the chefs and other staff at work, and depending on when you visit, you might even run into Chef Blais!

Luckily, Four Flamingos is located just 10 minutes from Disney Springs, which makes it a convenient trip if you’re interested in trying something new on your next Disney trip.

But enough about that, what about the FOOD?!
Food & Drinks
Our meal began with bread service, which was a simple dinner roll smothered in butter and flaky salt. There was also more butter on the side, which we appreciated, of course. The rolls were warm and fluffy, with a sweetness that reminded us of Hawaiian rolls.

We were then served an amuse-bouche, which isn’t typically served here, but it was reminiscent of other flavors and dishes on the menu. This was remarkable — it was ahi tuna seared with a black lime seasoning with passionfruit sauce.

The tuna was perfectly seared and not overcooked in the center, but the black lime seasoning was the star. It almost caramelized the crust on the tuna and added a bright citrus note, and when paired with the passionfruit sauce, it created a wonderful combination.

We ordered the Oxtail & Foie Gras Empanada ($16) — because how could you not — and we’re glad we did. The empanada filling was some of the richest food I’d ever tasted, and the tenderness of the oxtail combined with the fattiness of the foie gras paired perfectly together.
The empanada dough itself was crispy on the outside and not doughy, and there was a mango chutney served on the side that added some sweetness and tanginess to an otherwise savory dish.

Next up, we grabbed the Caviar Taiyaki ($32), which is a cachapa pancake with Italian osetra, and sweet corn fraiche.
The pancake had a crispy outer layer with a warm, fluffy center, while the sweet corn fraiche lent a sweet nuttiness to the dish. When paired with the caviar, the dish worked surprisingly well together. It was sweet and salty — and we loved how unique the presentation was.

For entrées, we ordered the Bluehouse Salmon ($42), which is blackened local salmon with grilled broccolini and yuzu remoulade. This was such a well-executed, simple dish with fresh flavors. The salmon was cooked perfectly and it was moist and tender, but the blackening seasoning took it to the next level.
We loved the yuzu remoulade, which was an excellent addition — it was creamy, citrusy, and paired well with the salmon and broccolini, which was also excellent.

We also ordered the Filet Mignon ($56), which is served with Florida Gouda mashed potatoes, sangria au poivre, and fried mushrooms. Honestly, this was one of the best steaks our reporter had ever had. It was cooked medium rare, and it was perfectly done with a warm red center. The char on the steak provided a delicious flavor, and the sangria au poivre sauce was SO unique. It was like a red wine sauce, but with the addition of citrus and pepper.

The Gouda mashed potatoes were absolutely divine. They were reminiscent of pommes purée — with a smooth, creamy texture — and the flavor was outstanding. The Gouda provided a nutty cheesiness that paired well with the starch of the potatoes, and they were an excellent addition to the dish.

For dessert, we picked up the Baked Florida ($18), which is Four Flamingos’ take on Baked Alaska, and it’s one of their signature desserts. It’s a frozen key lime pie with raspberry gelée and flambéed meringue, and it’s flambéed tableside.
We loved this take on key lime pie — though it was a little hard to cut through with it being frozen. The rum flavor balanced out with the tartness of the key lime and the creaminess of the meringue. The key lime was sweet and tart, and the raspberry complemented that well.

We also ordered The Coconut ($16), another recommendation from our server. This was a chocolate shell filled with coconut mousse and pandan anglaise. This is a coconut lover’s dream dessert — it was SO tropical and lovely. The chocolate shell broke apart easily, and the coconut flavor was so strong throughout.

To drink, we ordered the Euphoria ($21), made with cardamom-infused Grey Goose, apricot liqueur, lime juice, apricot nectar, sage orange syrup, orange juice, and a citrus smoke bubble that you pop with a sage leaf. Our reporter isn’t a huge fan of sweet drinks, but this drink was so subtly sweet that it was really pleasant. It was a warmly spiced, sweet, citrusy combination of flavors that was quite unique.

The Raspberry Muerte ($20) was another recommendation, and it is made with raspberry purée, Cointreau, citrus salt, with jalapeño-infused Maestro Dobel tequila. This was like an elevated spicy margarita — the raspberry purée gave the drink a great texture and helped to cut right through the spice of the jalapeño. There was also a bit of sweetness to help bring things together, but it was definitely more on the tart side.
