We Just Met A RARE 'Toy Story' Character in Disneyland

Every once in a while, Disney will add some rare character meet-and-greets to its theme parks.

We often see these at special after-hours events or holiday parties, as well as for limited-time celebrations or movie releases. But recently, Disney made a surprise announcement — a rare Pixar character is coming to California Adventure!

Rex from Toy Story is now meeting at Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. Even though his friends Woody and Buzz are often seen out and about, Rex isn’t very common to spot in the parks, so this is pretty exciting!

You’ll find Rex at Pixar Promenade (near the Pixar Pier games).

If you want to know when he’s out and about, you’ll want to check the Disneyland app for times.

However, if you want to stop by and spot him, you’ll need to visit soon — Disney says he’s only around for a limited time. We’ll keep an eye out for any more unique meet-and-greets in the meantime.
