Real Disney fans have probably heard of Club 33, but so few have ever been a part of it.

Club 33 is the most exclusive club for Disney fans. The idea for Club 33 was originally thought up by Walt Disney himself as a way to entertain his VIP guests. We are sharing information for the club on what it’s like to go inside.
There are several Club 33 lounges that members can visit. The club was initially started at Disneyland and remains there to this day. In 2018, Club 33 officially began in Walt Disney World with a Hollywood Studios location. It now exists in Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Animal Kingdom as well.

On the West Coast, you can find 3 different exclusive Club 33 areas. They are each different, and with that, they have different dress codes as well. Let’s start with Le Grand Salon. This is the main location, located just steps away from the original Club 33 in Disneyland.

Club 33 shares “The required dress code for Le Grand Salon is business casual attire or a higher standard of dress which is appropriate for a fine dining experience, and required at all times, regardless of meal period (lunch or dinner). This includes clothing customary of good taste, such as sports coat or blazer, collared shirts, blouses, knit sweaters, dresses, skirts, slacks, khakis, and denim jeans. Shoes must be well-maintained: leather shoes, loafers, dressy sneakers, leather or dressy sandals. Out of courtesy, we ask everyone to remove their hats upon entry into Le Grand Salon.”

Le Salon Nouveau is located inside Le Grand Salon, however, the dress code here is different. 1901 is a private lounge reserved for Club 33 Platinum Members and their guests, and it’s located inside Disney California Adventure. 1901 and Le Salon Nouveau have the same dress code. It is described as “smart casual attire that reflects an elegant yet relaxed style.”

Any individuals who are not appropriately dressed will not be allowed access to Club 33 venues or Club 33 events. Members of Club 33 are responsible for their guests attire as well. So if you ever get the chance to visit these locations, prepare to dress to impress.

If you are looking to become a member, you may submit a Membership Inquiry form. The waitlist to join can be years and years long, so don’t hold your breath and expect to become a member right away. Some current members have waited 15+ years to be granted their membership.
