Disney Shared a Mysterious UPDATE About Future ‘Frozen’ Movie Sequels

Did you know that a third Frozen film is being developed?

We know the film is coming, but we still don’t know anything about the story, characters, or soundtrack. In a recent interview, Jennifer Lee, the Chief Creative Officer of Disney Animation, commented on the future of the franchise. Here’s what she had to say.

In an interview with The Walt Disney Company, Lee stated that the team is still “hard at work” on the new film and that they’re “deeply excited about the story we are shaping together.”

However, Lee also shared that the story is “so epic it may not fit into just one film.” That’s right, we may be getting MORE than just the third film!

Lee added, “We have about ten projects currently in development, and each of them is so exciting.” As you may remember, Disney recently dropped a new trailer for Inside Out 2, featuring NEW characters! We can’t wait to see what Disney reveals next.
