The Longest Line at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Isn’t What You Think…

What’s this? WHAT’S THIS?!

The time has finally come!

There’s something in the air — and it smells like gingerbread, hot chocolate, and a whole lot of fun. That’s right, baby. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has officially arrived for the 2023 holiday season at Disney World, and y’all already know what we were among the first in the park for the first event on November 9th. One of our favorite parts about these parties is the ability to meet all sorts of fan-favorite and even the occasional RARE Disney character. Of course, these rare characters tend to have longer waits than the ones that you can meet on a more regular basis. Well, come along with us to check out the LONGEST line for a meet and greet throughout the whole party.

So… which character meet and greet is the most popular one of the night? It’s Jack and Sally! Jack and Sally have met visitors on Main Street, U.S.A. at Town Square Theater during the parties for the past couple years, and they’re just as popular this year!

Everything to do, see, and eat!

On the first party night of the year, the wait time was at 55 minutes when it was only 5PM! Throughout the night, though, we saw it get up to 120 minutes… Yikes.

55 minutes

And yes. We really waited that long, too. To avoid this issue, the Cast Members suggested hopping in line 20-30 minutes before the parades begin. To see the parade times, make sure to consult your handy dandy party map!

The line was LONG!

This is typical for Jack and Sally meet and greets, especially during Halloween and Christmas.
