Well, it was (probably) good while it lasted. Sometimes, things come and go from Disney World in the blink of an eye! One moment, we’re looking forward to buying the new Disney holiday merchandise; the next, it’s all sold out. Things happen fast — it’s not easy to keep up!

We’ve got a prime example for you. Recently, Disney hosted a new scavenger hunt at Fort Wilderness Resort. We couldn’t wait to check it out, but upon arrival at Fort Wilderness, we were met with some bad news.
So here’s the story. Starting on November 2nd, over at Fort Wilderness, guests could participate in a fun little Bluey scavenger hunt around the resort. It was called Heeler Family Hide ‘n’ Seek, and players could pick up a clue guide and follow the clues to find every Heeler family member hiding around the resort.

Well, the next day, the Bluey scavenger hunt was already over. When we spoke to a few Cast Members, we were told that Bluey was hiding a little too well, though another Cast Member hinted that there were some technical issues with the QR codes needed to participate in the scavenger hunt.

Another Cast Member informed us that they’re working to fix the technical problems, so we’re hoping this scavenger hunt eventually returns! We didn’t get any official word that the scavenger hunt would return, so keep your fingers crossed!

The good news is that Disney has a few other scavenger hunts across the parks and hotels, so you’ve got some options! We’ll be sure to look out for updates, but in the meantime, we’re always on the hunt for the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more.
