You may want to start checking those couch cushions for change.

If you thought paying your rent or mortgage was tough enough, you may want to look away. What we’re about to show you are insanely priced, incredibly gorgeous, extravagant, and we want one sooo bad.
Did you know that going to Disney World doesn’t have to be limited to a visit? That’s right, you can actually LIVE in Disney World! We’re not even talking about the DVC kind of living in Disney World. Golden Oak is an upscale residential community filled with resort-style living with a variety of luxurious homes, nature preserves, and lakeside settings. The homes are only four miles from Magic Kingdom Park.
Sherwood Burrow
Sherwood Burrow is located in the Silverbrook neighborhood community at homesite four and is described as an elegant Tuscan retreat. This 6,908 square foot (indoor) home comes equipped with five bedrooms and bathrooms, three half-baths, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, a pool and spa, a private elevator, and a water view. You know, just the bare essentials…

If you’ve ever wanted to live like Belle and the Beast from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (1991), now you can with the included two-story library. Oh, and don’t forget the courtyard and fountain, grand staircase, and sunlit gallery. You’ll also receive a hand-carved “enchanted wardrobe” as your main source of access to the primary suite that has a stained-glass window, separate sitting area, morning bar, and bath. The home also comes equipped with two more spiral staircases, a steampunk-themed home theater, a third-floor loft, and a three-car garage. WHAT?!
If this is the home of your dreams, don’t worry! It only costs $8,995,000. To be fair, this is the cheapest option for sale right now. The next one is a few hundred thousand more!
Once Upon a Dream
Once Upon a Dream? More like “Only In Our Dreams”! The Once Upon A Dream home is located on a corner lot within the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando and is 6,396 square feet. The house has five bedrooms and baths and two half baths. It does come with a furniture package and is currently priced at $9,999,950.

This grand home features a two-story main gallery and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. You’ll also find a large kitchen with dual marble-topped islands and elegant finishes. The outdoor living area comes complete with a summer kitchen, a fire pit, a pool lanai with a cool-spray misting system, a grotto waterfall, and a cabana. The primary suite comes furnished with a linear fireplace in the spa-style bath (because of course, it does). The property also comes with a guest casita and automated lighting and audio components. The primary suite exudes sophistication with its linear fireplace in the spa-style bath.
C’est La Fête
French for “it’s a party”, C’est La Fête is also located at homesite 10 within the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando. It’s also located well outside of the acceptable budget of the common person. This 6,756 square foot, five bed, 6.5 bath Italian-inspired home goes for a whopping resale value of $11,995,000. If you can afford that, might as well throw in the optional custom furniture package by Dana Wolter Interiors, which includes commissioned artwork and a curated book collection available for an additional $591,500. Heck, might as well add the optional six-seater golf cart for ANOTHER $14,000. If you got it, flaunt it!

C’est La Fête offers outdoor living space with views of the nature preserve and summer kitchen with a dual-side fireplace, landscaped lawn, chaise lounge cabanas, a two-car garage and a separate one-car garage, a two-story gallery with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the grand entry, and a saltwater pool and spa. It also features a gourmet kitchen with a big Calcutta marble center island, custom-crafted cabinetry, and a wine room.
The primary suite has cove lighting and direct access to the pool deck. The property also includes a Wolf Cinema home theater system, a separate catering kitchen, two laundry rooms, and a formal dining room. Oh, and we couldn’t forget the private elevator with the secret entrance.

We recommend years, maybe centuries, of saving up for these properties. That, or being really close friends with potential buyers. As always, we’ll continue to bring you the latest news of potential Disney purchases (including the much more affordable!) here at AllEars!
