Are you prepared to say goodbye to Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser? Yes, soon, the hotel will be closing forever, with its final voyage dates set to take place on September 28th-30th, 2023.
Although it has only been open a little over a year, some Star Wars fans did get a chance to enjoy all the interactive experience had to offer: from roleplaying to lightsaber training and more. So in honor of the Galactic Starcruiser’s closing, we’ve found the PERFECT shirt to mark the occasion.
This shirt is great even if you didn’t manage to book one of the final voyages available on the Halcyon. But you can still mark the groundbreaking hotel-that-wasn’t-really-a-hotel with this fabulous t-shirt from our friends over at Disney Food Blog. It’s the Star Cruiser Farewell Voyage Tour Shirt that features an image of our favorite intergalactic singer, Gaya.
It’s the best way to celebrate the end of an era — even if that era barely lasted over a year. We’re sure, though, that folks will be talking about Disney’s Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser for decades to come, though.
