Have you ever wanted to meet a Disney Imagineer?

Disney Imagineers don’t just create Disney rides, but they also work on landscaping around the parks, project ideas, and many things in between. If you’re looking for an opportunity to meet a legendary Disney Imagineer, now is your chance!

On Saturday, June 10th, you can experience the Ghostly Retreat Open House. And no, this isn’t an event for buyers looking to take over a haunted home. Sorry!

So, what is this event? Well, it gives you the chance to tour a popular Haunted Mansion-themed Airbnb, meet legendary Imagineer Bob Gurr, and receive a signed Haunted Mansion attraction poster. Talk about an exciting opportunity!

Also on the tour will be designer Jeff Schiefelbein. Tickets are $45 and there are 4 different timeslots available throughout the day.

For a little background, Bob Gurr is a Disney legend who had a hand in designing many of Disneyland’s original rides. He’s known as the vehicle expert;  Gurr helped design everything from the iconic Autopia cars in Disneyland to the monorail. He even helped to create a special parts system for Audio-Animatronics figures!
