SET YOUR ALARMS! Disney World Annual Pass Sales Resume This Week!

Pull out those calendars and phones right now — you need to mark down an important date.

For a while, several Annual Pass types have NOT been available for new purchases. While the Pixie Dust Pass has been available to buy, that is only available to Florida Residents and is the most restrictive pass. All other pass types have only been available for renewals for existing passholders. But soon that’ll all change!

NEW sales for all 4 Annual Pass types for Disney World will become available on April 20th! That’s in just a few days so you better mark down the date and get ready NOW.

Let’s go through what you need to know.

First, ALL Annual Pass types will be available for new purchases on April 20th. That includes Incredi-Pass, Sorcerer Pass, Pirate Pass, and Pixie Dust Pass.

In terms of pricing and who will be able to access these passes, here’s the breakdown:

Incredi-Pass: $1,399 (available to anyone)
Sorcerer Pass: $969 (only for Florida Residents and Disney Vacation Club Members)
Pirate Pass: $749 (only for Florida Residents)
Pixie Dust Pass: $399 (only for Florida Residents)

How do you get a pass? New pass sales will be available online so you’ll want to visit the Disney World Annual Passholder website. A virtual waiting room may be used so just be prepared to sit on the page for a bit.

You’ll want to act quickly though. Disney has warned that “the quantity of passes will be limited and passes, or a pass type, may become unavailable for purchase at any time.” In other words, passes could sell out, so you’ll want to get yours while you can!

If you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member, know that you can get access to the Sorcerer Pass purchases early. Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members have been able to buy a new DVC Disney Sorcerer Pass online since April 13th, so take advantage of that early access if you can.

Already have an Annual Pass? April 20th could still be important for you. Disney has indicated that on April 20th, existing Passholders will be able to renew their passes right away online (even if outside of their renewal window). Just note that the difference in price will have to be paid in FULL at the time of upgrade and the new pass will have the same expiration date as the original pass.
