We almost stayed there twice. The first time we found that the grounds were not really handicap accessible. I was using a scooter, and I couldn’t find the ramps. A lot of stairs around the Princess rooms. We went back to the front desk and asked for a map with ramps. Disney upgraded us to Wilderness Lodge and found it more accessible. Second time we tried to stay there, our reservations go cancelled by covid. The third time we went, Riverside was still closed and we had to go to Caribbean Beach. We did get to enjoy the food court. The food was very good, and they had many choices. I recommend a preferred room; you will be near the main building, theme pool, and bus stop.
