There are SO many places to eat in EPCOT’s World Showcase!

With food options from all around the world, it can be pretty difficult to choose what you want. Right now, the choice is a bit easier because several restaurants still haven’t reopened. However, we have a clue that one China Pavilion spot may be coming back soon!
Today we noticed that Nine Dragons Restaurant at EPCOT updated both its lunch and dinner menus. Over the past few months when we’ve spotted menu changes, it’s typically a sign that the restaurant is about to reopen. (For example, we noticed Columbia Harbour House updates just before its reopening date was announced.)

Lunch Menu Changes
Starting off with the lunch appetizers, the Plum-infused Tomatoes, the Pork Belly Bao Buns, and the Treasure Spring Rolls have been removed. In their place, Disney has added a Crispy Duck Bao Bun for $13, a House Hot & Sour Soup for $7.95, and a Side of Vegetable Egg Fried Rice for $5.25.

The entree menu has stayed the same besides the fact that the Canton Pepper Beef got a $2 price increase — it’s now $24. For dessert, the Banana Cheesecake Egg Rolls have been taken off the menu. Now, you’ll just have the choice of Strawberry-Red Bean Ice Cream or Caramel-Ginger Ice Cream for $4.25 each.

On the kids’ menu, each entree has gone up $1 in price. The Honey Chicken Nuggets are now $8.98, the Sweet-and-Sour Shrimp with Lo-Mein Noodles is now $9.98, and the Kids’ Deluxe is now $11.98.

Dinner Menu Changes
On the dinner menu, the same changes have been made to the appetizer menu, except the General Tso’s Chicken Bao Buns are not available. Also, the Chicken Dumpling Consomme and the Spinach Noodles have been removed from the menu. In addition to appetizer changes, the Nine Dragons Family Dinner is no longer an option.

Moving on to the entrees, the Crispy Duck Fried Rice is new for $25. The Canton Pepper Beef has the same price increase, and the Kung Pao Duo for $25 now combines the shrimp and chicken dishes. The Spicy Mala Happy Family for $25 also combines the beef and chicken that were available before, plus it adds shrimp and vegetables to the mix.

The Salt and Pepper Shrimp have gone up in price to $27 and the Vegetable and Tofu Stir Fry is now $18. The Kowloon Spare Ribs have been added for $30. Also, the Five-spiced Fish, the Nine Dragons Fried Rice, and the Roast Duck Salad have all been removed.

For the dessert and kids’ menus, the changes are the same for dinner as they are for lunch.

Drink Menu Changes
Finally, let’s talk about drinks. The Ginger Zinger, Jade Beauty, and South Sea Breeze cocktails have all gone up in price to $12.50. The Shanghai Fusion and Heavenly Clouds cocktails have been taken off the menu. The Lucky Buddah beer is also gone.

In the non-alcoholic section, the smoothies (Strawberry, Mango, and Shangri-La) are now slushies and have gone up in price to $6.25 each. The Hainan Sunrise, Hot Chai, and Iced Chai have been removed. Milk, coffee, and hot chocolate have all gone up in price to $4.25.

And on the wine menu, a few have been removed. The Chardonnay Kendall Jackson, the Beaujolais-Villages Georges Duboeuf, the Cabernet Sauvignon Kendall Jackson, and the Madeira Cossart Gordon are all gone now.

Those are all the menu updates for Nine Dragons right now. Stay tuned to AllEars to see if any reopening date is announced soon!
