How to Win a Prize For Eating a Ton of Cheese in EPCOT!

The 2021 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is coming up fast!

This delicious festival begins in EPCOT on July 15th! There are a lot of different strategies to tackling the festival, like trying to eat one thing at every booth, trying different drinks from around the world, or finding all the cheesiest dishes you can! The last one is actually an official thing — it’s called Emile’s Fromage Montage, and it’s back at the Festival this year. And now Disney has announced the menu for this tasty cheese crawl!

Emile’s Fromage Montage is named after Remy’s brother in Ratatouille. It’s a cheesy scavenger hunt through the Food and Wine Festival! You get a free Festival Passport, and inside there are spaces for five stickers.

You will go to the booths listed in the Passport and purchase a cheesy dish from each! You’ll collect the stickers along the way, and at the end of your crawl you can return your completed passport to the Shimmering Sips for a prize!

Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds with Pimento Cheese from The Swanky Saucy Swine
Passion Fruit Cheesecake with Toasted Macadamia Nuts from Hawaii
Schinkennudeln: Pasta Gratin with Ham, Onions, and Cheese from Germany
Griddled Cheese with Pistachios and Honey from Greece
The Corned Beef Corner Route: Smoked Corned Beef with Crispy Potatoes, Cheese Curds, Pickled Onions, and Beer-Cheese Fondue from the Flavors of Fire hosted by the NFL on ESPN
