Advent Health, the official sponsor of runDisney, has helped make a workout that you can do while you watch a Disney movie. Yeah, you read that right! The Beauty and the Beast Workout is available to help fans get moving as they are watching a tale as old as time.
The workout includes lunges, squats, knee raises, calf raises, and side planks for different moments throughout the film, ranging from when a petals falls from The Enchanted Rose to the grand finale when the Beast transforms into a human.
