Universal Orlando is home to the popular attraction Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

This attraction will take muggles on a ride that twists, turns, and flies almost horizontally. The ride can be a little on the wild side and guests are asked to stow their loose belongings in lockers. During a busy day, the locker area can get busy and it’s difficult to stay distanced from other groups.
The lockers used to be located inside the queue for the attraction and connected to Filch’s Emporium of Confiscated Goods gift shop. Universal is attempting to dissolve some of the crowds and created an entirely new locker area.

The lockers opened in early December and are completely separate from the ride queue. Guests can pop in and out of the lockers with a little more ease. You also don’t have to fight the gift shop crowds to get to your belongings quite as much. To find the lockers, head down the path located to the left of the Forbidden Journey entrance.

The area that was dedicated to lockers is now an extension of the gift shop. We spotted some of the Hogwarts House merchandise…

…and a few hidden treasures! You can spot items like a Chocolate Frog box and a copy of the Quibbler.

Hopefully, the lockers will make the storage process a little easier for guests enjoying the attraction and visiting the gift shops!
