PHOTOS: Look at This INCREDIBLE Chocolate Version of Disney World’s Grand Floridian Gingerbread Display!

This year, Disney announced that the Disney World Resort hotels would not have their traditional, incredibly large and beautiful gingerbread displays.

But we have enjoyed seeing the great gingerbread display of the capital city at the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, mini gingerbread houses at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and gingerbread carousels for sale at Disney’s Breach Club Resort. And while it isn’t the same as previous years, the Grand Floridian is now celebrating its traditional gingerbread display with a beautiful mini replica made out of chocolate!

Today, as we walked into the Grand Floridian Cafe to have a yummy meal, we spotted a GORGEOUS chocolate creation. The amazing team at the Grand Floridian have made a mini exact replica of the Grand Floridian Cafe Gingerbread House display out of chocolate!

For reference, here was last year’s giant gingerbread creation.

This year’s chocolate version is incredibly detailed!

And notice anything familiar about that “carpet” that the display is sitting on?

It’s designed to look just like the carpet in the Grand Floridian where the display would have been located.

This year’s mini chocolate version also features 22 hidden Mickeys because this would have been the 22nd year that the gingerbread house display would have been up at the Grand Floridian. Can you see the hidden Mickey in this photo?

While it may not be the GIANT, spectacular gingerbread display we’re used to seeing at this resort, it was absolutely beautiful and added an extra touch of joy and magic to this resort (and to our day).
