Disney Springs is reopening its Disney-owned stores and restaurants today!

Although we’re already taking you with us to look at the long lines and crowds, we have a BIG construction update to tell you about in the meantime!

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the M&M Store will still be opening this year despite the only recent reopening of Disney Springs.

The head of global retail for the Mars Retail Group Patrick McIntyre has stated that the new store’s opening still remains on schedule during this time. He also said that there are physical distancing signs in place, hand-sanitizing stations located throughout the area, and limited capacity at the store.

At this time, the Florida Mall location has reopened as of May 15th. When the Disney Springs location opens to the public, there will be more than 100 tubes of M&M’s to mix and match flavors, personalization options with messages or pictures on the candies, and dance parties with the M&M’s characters.

Although Disney Springs has reopened, we aren’t sure when construction will start up again on the M&M Store. As always, we will continue to keep you updated with more information!
