Mark Your Calendars! Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker is Officially Coming to Disney+!

When Disney+ debuted their May schedule earlier this month, there was one planet-sized name missing on the list. We’re speaking, of course, about the last addition to the Star Wars Skywalker Saga — The Rise of Skywalker.

Well, fear not, Star Wars fans. Because Disney+ just gave us reason to be even more excited for May the 4th this year.

Disney has revealed that Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Disney+will make its debut May 4th, 2020. And Rise of Skywalker won’t be the only reason to celebrate on the most sacred of days for Star Wars fans.

Disney+ will also be debuting their behind-the-scenes look at The Mandalorian on May 4th, premiering the first episode of Gallery: The Mandalorian.

In celebration of May the 4th, Disney+ will also be debuting a week-long concert art takeover, updating each of the Star Wars film and series’ artwork on the streaming service to its original concept paintings.

So far, Disney+ is shaping up to be an exciting service for Star Wars fans, with the premiere of the second season of The Mandalorian set for later this year, along with an upcoming Obi-Wan series, an upcoming Cassian Andor series, as well as a forthcoming female-centric Star Wars series!
