New Concept Artwork for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Merchandise Shops

It’s coming! May 31, the Disneyland opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is right around the corner! And soon to follow will be the August 29 opening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

As these dates grow closer, we have been anticipating additional information for the new lands. Today, Disney delivered!

New concept artwork for two of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge merchandise shops that we’ll encounter have been released.

The first is the Resistance Supply shop. Here, you’ll be able to pick up gear that “proves your allegiance to the Resistance and helps fight the First Order.”

The second shop with new concept art is First Order Cargo. You’ll shop here for merchandise that helps proclaim your loyalty to the Mighty First Order. You’ll also find recruitment gear and supplies.

Both shops will sell Star Wars apparel and accessories; pins and Vinylmation; gifts and housewares; toys and plush; art and collectibles. To the delight of shoppers everywhere, they will also offer an Annual Passholder discount! Hurray!

Yesterday, new information was also released about Kat Saka’s Kettle and Ronto Roasters. Kat Saka’s Kettle is supposed to serve up snacks like the Outpost Mix, a popcorn snack that combines sweet, savory, and spicy in one — almost like kettle corn! Ronto Roasters now has its own page on the Disney websites. Learn more about both here!

REMEMBER: Reservations will be required to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge between May 31 and June 23, 2019 at Disneyland Park, and capacity for the new land and its experiences is limited. Access to the park, land and experiences may be restricted or unavailable depending on guest demand and other factors.
