I’m a tad embarrassed to admit this to you, but Disney’s Hollywood Studios is probably the park I have photographed the least. That face became abundantly clear when I realized I have very few older photos of good ole’ “MGM”.
However, I DO have a press kit from WALT Disney Imagineering dated 1989, that has some interesting photographs.
Here is one of Hollywood Blvd with the following caption: “THE EXCITEMENT OF HOLLYWOOD is captured for vacationers visiting the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park. Aerial view shows Hollywood Boulvard from Crossorads of the World (foreground) to the Chinese Theater, plus back-lot and soundstages where guests get to peek at actual motion picture and television production. The new Walt Disney World theme park features attractions, shows, street entertainment, shops and restaurants celebrating Tinseltown and the making of movies and TV shows.”
