Going to Disney World every day is A LOT, but it also teaches you valuable lessons you wouldn’t know otherwise.

That includes what shoes will keep you comfortable all day (vs. the ones that will make you want to rip your feet off), how to get enough sleep in between park days, and, one of the most important lessons, what to have in your park bag so you don’t get caught unaware. These are the necessities our reporters always have in their park bags, and we recommend you have them too!
Having a poncho when it rains unexpectedly is wildly important, and we’ve found nothing that beats the FROGG TOGGS Poncho.

Not only is this poncho plenty big enough to easily cover nearly your whole body, but it’s incredibly durable, so no need to worry about rips. It’s also so waterproof that water almost falls right off of it. After a storm, all you’ve gotta do is shake the excess water off of it, then put it back in its bag, and you’re all set!
Having a reliable portable charger is one of the most valuable things you can have in your bag, and the FuelRod MAX10 has really impressed us since it was released earlier this year.

This charger is now sold on Amazon so you can grab it ahead of your trip, or you can grab it at the FuelRod stations inside the parks. Not only does it have a truly impressive battery life and can charge your phone fully a few times, but it also can charge wirelessly (for phones that have the feature). We can’t recommend it enough!
It’s never a bad time to keep yourself cool in the parks, even when it’s the middle of winter, and we can say that from experience. That’s why we always carry the JISULIFE Handheld Mini Fan with us!

This thing is tiny, but mighty, and we couldn’t love it more. You never know when you may find yourself in a hot room, queue, or be stuck in a moment where you just really need some additional airflow, and this can do just that. However, it also acts as a flashlight AND personal charger, so talk about saving you when you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Staying hydrated is important at all times of the year, even if the sun isn’t out and blaring down on you. Our favorite way to do that? With an Owala!

There are tons of Disney Owala water bottles available online that are perfect for your Disney trip, or you can choose one of the many other colors and styles online if you don’t want it to be Disney-themed. They work so well, keep your drink very cold, are super durable, and there’s no reason not to love them — we recommend them to everyone we know!
Keeping your hands clean in Disney World is hard, but VERY important, especially if you’re a germaphobe (like me!). Having any type of hand sanitizer in your bag is important, but we really love the Touchland & Disney Special Edition Hand Sanitizer + Mist Case.

It’s cute as can be and easily clips to your bag, plus you can replace the hand sanitizer in the case with another one when it runs out, which we appreciate. Again, though, any hand sanitizer will do when you’re not able to get to a bathroom to wash your hands with soap and water!
The sun doesn’t just burn you during the summer, so it’s important to have sunscreen with you at all times. We personally love the Supergoop! Unseen Clear Face Sunscreen, but any sunscreen will do!

We love how lightweight this particular sunscreen is, while also keeping us fully protected. It’s easy to apply, isn’t too greasy, and the fact that it’s water and sweat-resistant is a HUGE plus.
Protecting your eyes is also extremely important, especially when you’re walking around the parks for numerous days in a row. Any sunglasses are a great thing to have in your bag, but the Retro Oval Sunglasses are a favorite of ours.

This pack comes with two different pairs, so you could keep one in your park bag and one at home or in your car so you’re never without one! They’re also not wildly expensive, which is a great thing, because if they do happen to get lost or break, you won’t be stressed about how much you spent.
We’ll continue to bring you all the latest news on items we think are totally essential for Disney World, so stay tuned to AllEars!
