The holiday season is a big deal in Disneyland, as many people can easily see from the decorations all over, the Festival of Holidays in Disney California Adventure, and some of the exclusive entertainment you can only see this time of year.

However, there’s one offering that many people wait ALL year for, and that’s the Disneyland Candy Canes! These are massive, handmade candy canes that are sold only during the holiday season in Disneyland Resort, and now we know when they’ll be available in 2025!
The @foodatdisneyland account on Instagram has just released the official dates you can snag yourself a Candy Cane this year, and it’s going to require lots of pre-planning.

This year, in Disneyland, you’ll grab your candy cane at Candy Palace, and you’ll be able to grab it on the following dates:
-
- November 28th
- November 30th
- December 2nd
- December 7th
- December 9th
- December 14th
- December 16th
- December 22nd
- December 24th
Over in Disney California Adventure, you can grab them at Trolley Treats on the following days:
-
- November 29th
- December 1st
- December 3rd
- December 8th
- December 10th
- December 15th
- December 17th
- December 23rd
- December 25th

However, you won’t just be able to walk up and grab a Candy Cane. Since these are so popular, there will be a Wristband Distribution in place this year! You’ll need to show up early to Disneyland or DCA to get in line for a wristband — without one, you won’t be able to get a candy cane. Lines can get long and wristbands can run out, so if this is something you’re interested in, make sure you get there early.

We’ve seen some people ask if these are really worth the cost and wait (for reference, one Candy Cane costs $21.99 each in 2024, so it’s possible that price could increase for 2025), and the truth is, these are amazingly iconic and are delicious…IF you like the classic treat! For those who aren’t fans of candy canes or mint flavors in general, this likely won’t be worth it for you.
