NEWS: Two FAMOUS Baseball Teams Are Coming To Disney World In 2026

There are lots of exciting things happening in Disney World right now!

Huge expansions are coming to 3 of the theme parks, new snacks are dropping all the time, and new character meet and greets are appearing around the parks. As we’re preparing for the changes around the park, Disney has surprised us with a huge event in 2026, and it’s going to be bananas! 

Banana Ball is coming to Disney World in 2026! On May 29th and May 30th, Banana Ball will be at ESPN Wide World of Sports for the first time ever.

Banana Ball is a fun, entertaining version of baseball similar to the Harlem Globetrotters for basketball. This year, Banana Ball is adding two new teams to its league. At Disney, the Loco Beach Coconuts will play against the Party Animals. Disney announced the exciting news on their social media platforms with the video you can watch here!

Banana Ball became famous thanks to the popular Savannah Bananas baseball team! The Savannah Bananas even stopped by Disneyland for their own cavalcade. If you want to get tickets to watch Banana Ball, you can join the Ticket Lottery List before November 1st, 2025.

During their time in the parks, Disney even created a limited-edition dessert to celebrate the Savannah Bananas!

Disney is no stranger to collaboration, but they’ve been loving baseball a little extra this year! They recently teamed up with the MLB to create the Disney Topps Chrome trading card set.
