Here at AllEars, we’ve made it our mission to know all the ins and outs of Disney World restaurants — including where you should definitely eat, and where you should think twice about stopping. We recently stopped by Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Disney Springs, and we are bringing you our FULL review!
Background
Renowned Chef Wolfgang Puck became a pioneer in California cuisine, and he’s brought that same zest and flavor to Disney World. Located in the Town Center of Disney Springs, you’ll find his signature restaurant nestled between the bustling shops that surround it.

Here, you can expect the menu to feature Mediterranean influences and innovative takes on comfort food classics.
Here’s what you need to know about dining at this restaurant.
Atmosphere
This place has so many fresh options on the menu, and it has a to-go window for a few express items. You’ll find things like coffee, beer, alcoholic beverages, and more at the window.

We really like the place’s overall vibe, and feel like we need to come to this location more often.
But enough about that, what are we eating?!
Food & Drinks
First up, we grabbed the Bruschetta for $16. This is made with Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Stracciatella Cheese, Pesto.

Ok, we need to let EVERYONE know about this! The Bruschetta was incredible to say the least. The tomatoes in these pieces of bread are very fresh. If you look at the picture, you’ll see the condensation drops on them. The bread is lightly toasted, which was a great touch. The stracciatella cheese is creamy and tastes kind of like churned-up cheese curds — it has that squeakiness to the bite whenever you get a good chunk of it. On the flip side, it also has a thicker, chunkier consistency, almost like a cottage cheese, but it’s so good.

The basil pesto was a splendid surprise. We were a little worried we wouldn’t like it, or that it would overpower the entire bite. However, we truly loved it! Lastly, the balsamic vinegar drizzled on top of it gave it a nice extra herby flavor, so you can taste all the individual flavors. Whenever you get them all together, it’s like a party in your mouth.

Then, we picked up the Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo for $23. This is made with Roasted Chicken and Parmesan.

We know a thing or two about good Fettuccine Alfredo, and this is by far one of the best we’ve ever had at Disney World! We’re just imagining what this would be like with a protein — like chicken or shrimp.

The dish was warm, light, creamy, with lots of nice cheese, and a decent amount of spinach. The spinach looks like it’s just kind of tossed in with the noodles and the sauce. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the cuts of cheese were almost lightly toasted with a faint garlicky taste to them. This could easily be a great choice for someone who’s a picky eater or anyone who just loves pasta.

To round everything out, we picked up the Giant Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie for $12. We’ve BEEN missing out on one of the best-kept secrets for a fantastic dessert around Disney World — no more!

The desert is a gooey, buttery chocolate chip cookie served warm and topped with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream. You seriously have to hold back from downing this in a couple of bites. This dessert had us scraping the sides of the dish for more! The creamy vanilla gelato and creamy caramel sauce were just the cherry on top of this delicious dessert.

Magic or Tragic?

Respectfully, I could not disagree more. Over a year ago we watched a review on youtube and decided to give it a try. It was was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and I’m saying not just in Disney but in my life. We recently watched another review and thought to give it another chance. When we arrived, the hostess seriously told me we could not be seated because they were really slow and the kitchen was closing early. These reviews can be found on open table for verification.
