EVERYTHING You Can See and Do At Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th Anniversary

If there’s one thing the Disney international theme parks are spectacular at (well, besides EVERYTHING), it would have to be their phenomenal entertainment.

Hong Kong Disneyland is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and that means they’re bringing out the best entertainment for the party. The celebration runs from now until May 2026, with plenty of time to catch the shows, but you’ll probably want to catch a flight when you see how cool the new entertainment offerings are.

Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!

You can tell right from the title, this show is going to be a full party right in front of the incredible Castle of Magical Dreams, which represents multiple princesses instead of the traditional one (that’s okay, we still love you, Cinderella Castle).

This show is unique for the 20th anniversary, and you’ll find beloved characters like Duffy and Friends! Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald are all dancing, too.

Princesses are there wearing their 20th anniversary outfits. We’re obsessed with Princess Auroa’s blue and pink dress.

We love a castle show, and this was so fun to catch in the morning during our park day.

Can you tell we’re obsessed with this parade? There are 11 floats, over 30 Disney characters, and over 100 total performers.

There are fun easter eggs to look for on the floats, and for the first time ever, Duffy and his friends are on the same float together! Isn’t this the cutest thing you’ve seen? Of course, the original friends were there as well.

Momentous: Party in the Sky

As true Disney Adults, you should know we aren’t leaving our park day without a fireworks show. Momentous is their traditional show, but for the anniversary, they added a special prelude, making the show almost 30 minutes.

This is a full-on incredible show with projections on the castle and Main Street, fireworks, and DRONES! The drones looked phenomenal and added a beautiful touch, making this celebration feel even more special.
