BREAKING: NEW Map Reveals Location And MASSIVE Size Of The Monsters, Inc. Roller Coaster In Hollywood Studios

Monsters, Inc. Land is getting closer and closer!

In Hollywood Studios, Muppets Courtyard has officially closed to make way for the brand new land and we are eagerly awaiting new details. Now, we have officially confirmed where the brand new rollercoaster will sit in the land, and more specifically within the theme park!

Hollywood Studios has some big changes coming! The new Monsters, Inc. Land will feature a new suspended roller coaster, show, and dining options. Disney has shared concept art of the new land, but hasn’t confirmed where the larger roller coaster will be located. Until now!

Thanks to the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), we have confirmed that the new building will be located. On the map below, you can see the new coaster building located in the current Cast Member parking lot. It’s the lowest structure on the map.

We know this is the confirmed location thanks to the address tagged on the building, which confirms the new building will be located in the parking lot. Not only can we see its location, but we can also see just how big the new building will be!

The new roller coaster will be a suspended “door coaster” just like you see in the movie! It will be the main attraction in the land and will feature, Mike, Sully, and Boo from Monsters, Inc.

Disney has given us a look at how the new loading area will operate at the attraction. It will operate with a vertical lift to lift guests into the air before they begin the ride. You can see how it will work below!
