Now the Dracula animatronic wants to KISS ME!!!

I’ve been spending a good amount of time at Universal Orlando’s NEW Epic Universe theme park, and especially the brilliant Dark Universe portal! While experiencing everything this brand-new land has to offer, I got to check out the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience in Dark Universe, and I had the time of my LIFE!
For $48, you get a full-on spooky glow-up from professional artists who are absolutely INCREDIBLE at their creepy craft!

The artists who work at this experience also do makeup on the scare actors for Halloween Horror Nights, so legit monster makeup is happening here. The makeovers are inspired by classic monster movie makeup, and the process takes about 30 minutes.

The makeup looks AMAZING and lasts all day. If it starts to smudge (hello, Florida humidity), you can swing back for touch-ups at any time with no extra charge! When I wore my makeup, I had it on for HOURS and it stayed pretty consistent.

Watching the artists work their magic is half the fun, and the character interactions I had throughout Dark Universe took this experience to a whole new level! For example, the Invisible Man called me over out of a whole group of people to ask me to drink his monocane so we could see what would happen when a vampire turns invisible, and a monster hunter threatened to murder me — which I honestly felt flattered by!

I can NOT wait to come back and get another makeover. Which monster should I get painted as next? Would YOU ever give this experience a try? Let me know, and continue to follow us here at AllEars for all sorts of tips, tricks, reviews, updates, and more!
